Imagine that you wake up early on a Saturday morning to take a shower. The car is packed and you and the family are headed out of town for a week-long vacation to visit friends and family. You turn on the shower faucet and wait for the water to heat up. After several minutes of waiting you realize that the water is not getting hot. You’re scheduled to be leaving out of town on vacation and instead you have a water heater malfunction standing in your way.
Not to worry! All you have to do is call the plumbing experts at Call Clint Plumbing. We proudly provide our customers with first-rate plumbing solutions and second to none customer care twenty-four hours per day and seven days per week. Our team is committed to supporting our company culture of making the customer number one, and that is why you will never see any additional charges if we have provided you plumbing support during a holiday, evening, or weekend.
As professional plumbers, we know better than a lot of people how plumbing emergencies never seem to happen during civilized times. That is why we consider our normal business hours as being anytime that our customers call. And, we will never penalize you because your plumbing system decided to breakdown in the middle of the night.
If you suddenly find yourself dealing with a plumbing emergency in your house, there are some things that you can do to immediately address the problem:
- Contact our office immediately: It is always advised that you call a professional in any situation where your plumbing system is not working the way it should be. Plumbing issues can quickly escalate and it is always easier to address a small plumbing issue rather than a major plumbing malfunction.
- Turn off the main water source: When your plumbing system is working correctly having water constantly running through it is a good thing. However, when there is a crack or break in a pipe that water constantly running through the pipes is going to spew out of the pipe until the water is shut off to your house.
- Turn off the water supply to the affected fixture: Shutting off the main water supply to the house is not always necessary. Sometimes it is just as helpful to only turn off the water supply to the affected fixture. This can usually be done by shutting off the valve on the fixture itself.
A large majority of the customers that we work with have been trusting us for all of their plumbing needs for years. Whether they need well pump maintenance, a new septic tank installed, or emergency plumbing support at 3am, we are proud to serve each of our customers with a high level of full-service plumbing support.
No matter how simple or complex your plumbing issue appears to be, don’t hesitate to call us! Your call will always be received by a helpful member of our team and never a computerized system. When you are dealing with the stress of a plumbing emergency, we want you to feel at ease that contacting our team means calling in the best plumbing service in the business!
